ANNEXATION WAIVERS
The City of Evansville now requires property owners outside city limits to waive their right to remonstrate in order to acquiring a sewer tap on the Evansville system. Only the property owner can file this waiver. For convenience sake, separate forms were generated for Individiaul Owners, Corporations, LLC's, and Partnerships.
