Appraisals got you down? Builders may want to use this Data Sheet to support their home prices. For homes that are sold without being listed with a real estate agent, builders can complete this form to illustrate an actual homes and features that have fetched rightful pricing in the market. Appraisers have said they would consider these forms with comps. After all - it's tough to argue with a receipt!
