SIBA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of Builder, Associate and Remodeler members who are elected to two-year terms.  An Executive Committee comprised of four officers, the immediate past president, and the executive director leads the Board of Directors.  Officers are elected each year from among members of the Board based on recommendations from past presidents and approval by the Board.
